Frost Spirit

I'm pretty horrible at drawing deer...CRITIQUES VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

This is like the 2nd one I've ever drawn(last was one was mandatory for a project in 5th grade?), and now I'm starting to regret not using a ref this one time...

Blame it on my sour mood. -.-

SO! Another artsy explanation!

This is a Cerphaxiel, one of 10 spectral deer that live in various parts of "the world". They are passive immortal beings, and carry out the orders of their high lord. Despite their tranquil appearances, they are quite violent with their mysterious powers, as technically, their subconscious controls their actions.

As they walk, they leave a trail of something resembling ghostly trees(the ones here are ice tendrils), which remain in place for several days, warning other creatures to stay away.

Each Cerphaxiel has unique markings and colorings. These all tell a story of their life before becoming a spirit.

The ice Cerphaxiel has a partially frozen face, and horns made out of ice, while the earth Cerphaxiel has a face with roots and horns of wood and vines, etc...YOU GET THE POINT.
